All of the staff were very amiable. The hotel was in an incredible location close to America Mura, close to Shinsaibashi area and the nearest train station for what we wanted it for. Dotonbori district was worth visiting.

I loved every detail about my pleasant one-night stay at Arrow Hotel in Shinsaibashi. the staff were top-class and an absolute pleasure. the room was comfortable, and the location was amazing, with shopping malls and a supermarket right next door. It took just 30 minutes by car to get to the airport.
